PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Experience the harmony of body and mind with Kids Yoga. Our programme offers a nurturing space where children can explore mindfulness, movement, and creativity in a supportive environment. Through playful sessions designed for young yogis, children will develop strength, flexibility, and emotional balance, all while having fun.
Each session blends age-appropriate yoga poses, mindfulness exercises, and interactive activities that promote self-awareness and relaxation.
Level 1: Age 1.5 - 3
A joyful space where our littlest yogis, aged 1.5 to 3, embark on a journey of mindfulness, movement, and creativity. In this age-appropriate programme, we introduce the magic of yoga through story-based and thematic playful sessions that include gentle yoga poses, interactive activities, and breath awareness exercises. These engaging adventures guided by imaginative storytelling, enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination while nurturing emotional balance.
Level 2: Age 4 - 6
Level 2 Kids Yoga is specially crafted for children aged 4 to 6. Building upon the foundational skills, this programme offers dynamic and interactive yoga adventures. Through storytelling, creative poses, and engaging games, young yogis will further develop physical strength, flexibility, and coordination. Mindfulness takes deeper roots with guided meditations and breathing exercises, promoting emotional balance and self-awareness, all through thematic play.

Goal #1: Emotional Well-being, Mindfulness, and Self-Awareness
Children will learn breathing techniques, relaxation strategies, and mindfulness practices that support emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness. These tools help them manage stress, develop inner calm, and navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Goal #2: Physical Development
Through age-appropriate yoga poses and simple vinyasa flows, children will build coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength, enhancing overall motor skills and physical growth.
Goal #3: Creative Expression and Social Skills
Through imaginative storytelling and interactive activities, children are encouraged to explore their creativity and express themselves. These sessions also nurture emotional intelligence by helping them recognise and express feelings, practise turn-taking, and engage in cooperative play, promoting self-awareness, self-regulation, and independence.
