Experience the harmony of body and mind with Kaleido Kids’ Kids Yoga. Our programme offers a nurturing space where children can explore mindfulness, movement, and creativity in a supportive environment. Through playful sessions designed for young yogis, children will develop strength, flexibility, and emotional balance, all while having fun.

Each 45 minutes session blends age-appropriate yoga poses, mindfulness exercises, and interactive activities that promote self-awareness and relaxation.

Level 1: Age 1.5 - 3

Level 1 Kids Yoga, a joyful space where our littlest yogis, aged 1.5 to 3, embark on a journey of mindfulness, movement, and creativity. In this age-appropriate programme, we introduce the magic of yoga through playful sessions that include gentle yoga posesinteractive activities, and breath awareness exercises. These engaging adventures guided by imaginative storytelling, enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination while nurturing emotional balance. 

Level 2: Age 4 - 6

Level 2 Kids Yoga is specially crafted for children aged 4 to 6. Building upon the foundational skills from Level 1, this programme offers dynamic and interactive yoga adventures. Through storytelling, creative poses, and engaging games, young yogis will further develop physical strength, flexibility, and coordination. Mindfulness takes deeper roots with guided meditations and breathing exercises, promoting emotional balance and self-awareness.

Goal #1
Children will learn yoga breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to regulate their emotions and manage stress. 


Goal #2
Children will learn various age-appropriate yoga poses and vinyasa flows, fostering motor skills, flexibility and strength. 


Goal #3
Children will establish a sense of calm and inner peace through the practice of yoga, enhancing their emotional well-being, fostering better focus, and gaining tools to cope with stress and emotions in a healthy way.
